Control

The Operation dropdown menu gives you access to specific lists and actions.

Locks

You can view the list of the locks you created. You can check the reasons for locking and unlock the file by clicking Error in the Status column, or Unlock.

Rejects

When the preparation fails, the file is partially or totally rejected. You can view the rejected files by clicking the hyperlink of their number (N° column), or extract them by clicking Extract in the Actions dropdown list.

Refusals

During the signature phase, files can be partly refused. You can view the rejected files by clicking the hyperlink of their number (No. column) or extract them by clicking Extract in the Actions dropdown list.

Blocking

The list identifies the files blocked after application of blocking rules in Anti-Fraud. They must be processed in this same module before being available for signature.

Archives

The files are archived after transmission, reject or cancellation during processing. To view them, click the file number (N° column).

You can launch the edition of the transmitted files by clicking in the Summary Ticket or Ticket column.
