File Preparation
The preparation step makes the added files available for the signatories.
You can access the files to prepare by clicking Preparation from the Signature dropdown menu.
This page presents all the files for which the Automatic Preparation option has not been selected when added or assigned, and those for which the contract authorizes preparation.
Signature enables you to automate this step while managing some of its features.

You can re-assign files to another bank contract.
In the Files to prepare list, select the files you want to connect to another contract and click Assign from the Actions dropdown list.
The list of Files to assign recaps your selection: Number, Initial File, External Ref., Added and File Size.
The Select Contract section displays the initial contract of files and the workflow. In this section you can choose the new contract to which the files are to be assigned.
Modify as you want the contract options and click Assign to launch the processing.

You can delete a file that, for example, was mistakenly added. You may comment on this deletion in the dedicated field.
The deleted files remain available in the Archives of the Operation menu.
Once your files are ready, click Prepare to complete this stage and make them available for the signatories.

You can save the list of the files as an Excel sheet: click Export Excel from the Actions dropdown list.
