Setting up "4 eyes" mode

In the title bar of the Web Administration module of Sage XRT Business Exchange, click the user ID, then select Parameters from the drop-down menu.

The Setup management screen is displayed.

Two tabs are available:

• License: this tab lists the rights granted by the user license

• 4 eyes principle: in this tab, you can specify the menus and functions to which the "4 eyes" mode is to be applied.

All items are disabled by default. Click the padlock for each item you want to activate.

The padlock indicates that the item will be included when operating the module in "4 eyes" mode.
