Modifying Mandates
Manual Modification
You can modify the Incomplete and Disabled mandates.
Open the Mandates tab from the Modification menu to display the Mandate List.
Data can be edited depending on the selected modification type.
Free Change (prior to first use)
All the data can be edited except for restrictions related to the settings of life cycles or import options.
Modification initiated by Creditor
The following data can be edited:
- ICS (changing the Activity Code is not considered as a modification of the ICS)
- UMR
- Those linked to the Creditor (Name or Address)
Modification initiated by Debtor
The following data can be edited:
- Account Number from the same bank
- Bank holding the Account
When the option for debtor update has been selected, the BIC and IBAN fields of the Debtor section can be edited.
Modification through Import Jobs
The XML structure containing editable elements identifies the mandate to modify.
You must specify the type of modification.

Depending on the mandate status, some modifications may not be taken into account.
