Signature
XAdES signature available on mobile devices
You can now sign files in XAdES format from within Sage View & Sign application.
Log in to the Sage View & Sign mobile app and select a certificate to sign your files.
RSSP signature on mobile devices
Certificates installed on a remote application can be used for signing files.
Log in to the Sage View & Sign mobile app and select a remote certificate to sign your files.
MacOS Keychain support on Sage eIDSign
Sage eIDSign allows you to sign files in XAdES format on macOS operating system.
You can use the certificates installed in macOS Keychain to sign your files on the signature station.
GED links in signature processes
Some client configurations require the ability to view documents issued from various EDM systems. To meet this need, the GED links can be defined according to specific criteria, and environment or dynamic variables can be used in URLs.
Environment variables of type %xxx% are expanded first.
The dynamic variable %e2eid (usable in place of %ENDTOEND or %END_TO_END_id depending on the format) and the column name variables from the prepared CP file are expanded second.
Enhanced management of EBICS Identities
A new setting in Administration allows you to use a UserID with different PartnerIDs, with an identical certificate from the same bank.
Once set, this parameter can be found on the web interface, when you initialize your certificate.
Change on the addition of wrapped files
When you add files to the signature station, you can control the associated envelope type and security settings.
In the Service Manager, select the entry Processes — Signature — Import of wrapped files.
Click Add to set import criteria for adding files.
Platform
Preferences Administration
If you are an operator from the SaaS group, you can manage preferences for your users.
From the Home screen of Online Banking, select Preferences Administration.
You can select the entities, profile, and/or user for which you want to set general and dashboard preferences.
Entity: all entities (except SaaS entity), or entity by entity,
Profile: all profiles, or profile by profile,
User: all users, or user by user.
The options in the General and Dashboard tabs are the options available on each of the menus in Signature, Supervision, File Transfers or Dashboard.
Two reports are available in Supervision analyzes:
Display preferences set by user
Dashboard preferences set by user
Supervision
Receiving retry requests from date to date
From the Receiving tab of the Communication — Instant Transfers menu, you can manually restart file receiving, for a specific period.
The trace for the retry request is logged in the Transaction history.
Administration
Customized column labels
- You can change the labels of certain columns in the Signature, Supervision and File Transfers modules. This option is now available for multi-site platforms.
You must prefix the files in the i18n directory of Sage XRT Business Exchange.
Example: En-Sitename.json, Fr-Sitename.json, Es-Sitename.json.
RSA-SHA2-512 and RSA-SHA2-256 support on SFPT requester and server
To ensure compliance with the new security rules on requester and server connections, the rsa-sha2-512 and rsa-sha2-256 hostkeys are automatically supported on the server side and on the SFTP client.
Conditional analysis model for P5BAM
The conditional analysis model automatically prevents notifications from being sent when there is no data to transmit, and updates the log to indicate that no process is to be notified.
Server-mode traces disabled by IP address
In SaaS environments, when a network device is exposed public-side, a security probe checks the proper availability of the resource. This results, when a trace is activated, in the generation of unnecessary trace files, several times per second.
In System Administration, select File Transfer Service — Network Devices. The Specific tab allows you to set the variable Disabled trace from remote IP and to specify the IP addresses for which traces should no longer be generated.
Automatic assignment
To automate the addition of files to the signature station, you can configure automatic assignment for files added from the tools Pdscopy, sendfile.exe and prepfile.exe.
Automatic assignment consists of defining, based on the content or the full name of the file:
the service to which the file should be assigned,
the partner and the client
the protocol,
various other variables:
External reference,
Other reference,
Correlation identifier.
In Service Manager, select the Resources — Files menu and open the Assignment Rules tab on the service definition.

In this field, specify in which position the Service rule must be discovered. This value allows you to establish priorities between the different rules, based on their content.

Select the format to which the assignment rules apply (XML, Swift MT, Fixed afb160, afb320, etc.).

Enter the rule that specifies how the content and the name of the file are used to qualify the Service.
The rule follows the SQL syntax of a WHERE clause with the following keywords:
$NSP$: namespace value of an XML format
Example: ‘urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pain.001.001.02’ for SCT03
$OFN$: complete name value for the file to be analyzed
Example: 'C:\TEMP\TEST FILE\TESTFILES\SCT.xml'
$xml="x/y/z"$: value contained in an XML file whose path is x/y/z
Example: $XML="PmtInf/PmtTpInf/SvcLvl/Cd"$ retrieves the SEPA value
$MTB="x:y:z"$: value contained in a SWIFT MT file whose path is block X, tag Y, line Z
Example: $MTB="4:50H:1"$ enables you to find in block 4: from tag 50H: the line 1 i.e. the value of the account number
$POS="x:y"$: value contained in a Fixed format file from position x over y characters
Example: $POS="1:4"$ retrieves 4 characters from position 1

Enter the rule that specifies how the account number is found in the file that will help discover the partner and client to whom the account belongs.
The rule follows the composing syntax of an SQL string literal with the following keywords:
$XML=" x/y/z "$
$MTB="x:y:z"$
$POS="x:y"$

Enter the rule that specifies how the external reference is found in the file.
The rule follows the composing syntax of an SQL string literal with the following keywords:
$XML="x/y/z "$
$MTB="x:y:z"$
$POS="x:y"$

Enter the rule that specifies how to find a second reference in the file.
The rule follows the composing syntax of an SQL string literal with the following keywords:
$XML="x/y/z "$
$MTB="x:y:z"$
$POS="x:y"$

Enter the rule that specifies how the correlation identifier is found in the file.
The rule follows the composing syntax of an SQL string literal with the following keywords:
$XML="x/y/z "$
$MTB="x:y:z"$
$POS="x:y"$

Enable this option to change the file addition behavior by violating the duplicate authorization request.
Automatic assignment is available on:
pdscopy.exe utility
sendfile.exe utility
prepfile.exe utility
File object of ActiveX API
The "?" character allows you to request automatic assignment for utilities.
Example: pdscopy /S:? /P:? /C:? /T:? /D "C:\temp\Test file\Testfiles\SCT.xml" indicates that the assignment should discover the /S /P /C /T parameters.
You can also ask to discover only part of the parameters:
Example: pdscopy /S:? /P:? /C:? /T:EBICS /D "C:\temp\Test file\TestFiles\SCT.xml" indicates that the assignment should only discover the /S /P /C parameters, and that protocol /T is hard-coded.
With the ActiveX API, the "?" character can be used for parameters representing /S /P /C, but you must add a "0" for the parameter representing /T.
Improved breakdown executable
The breakdown executable allows you to send notifications either for all generated files or by recipient, depending on the breakdown rule.
In Contract Manager, open the Miscellaneous tab for an entity, to display the Breakdown Notification section. Available options are Add raw file, Add file in Excel format and Add file in PDF format.
Breakdown settings must be enabled. Bank accounts are created on entities and breakdown rules are set on services.
The new parameter is available on CTL process:
/NTF Activation of notifications sending
You can also access this setting in Service Manager Administration.
Example: AFB120 service settings for CTLAF120 post-transfer exit.
Developments of Swift Alliance Lite 2
The following changes have been made for Swift Alliance Lite 2.
Support for AutoClient versions 1.6 and higher
The format of the files exchanged between Sage XRT Business Exchange and AutoClient has changed.
The following LAU mechanisms will no longer be available:
binary prefix on XMLv2

P5BAM analysis with LLM AI (Large Language Models)
HTML content generated by P5BAM can be analyzed by one of the following AIs: ChatGPT and compatible, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
In System Administration, select the Master entry under your domain name. In the Misc. Settings tab, check the Enable AI support option, then select the LLM Type (Large Language Model). Click the arrow next to the selected value to automatically display the URL and the model.
Two new variables are available for P5BAM:
/USEIAPROMPT Activation of artificial intelligence
/PROMPT
These variables allow you to submit an HTML report to AI in order to receive a summary report of your analysis by email.
The first variable is used for analyzes generated by P5BAM.
The second allows you to submit any document to AI.
Example: P5BAM « /PROMPT :* » c:\afb120.txt to analyze an afb120 file.
To use AI, the P5BAM.INI file has been enriched with a new variable: [GENERAL PROMPT list].
A new entry is also available on the Scheduler Service, in the action list for System Administration analyzes.
Example:
