Relaunching Failed Communications
In case of failed communications due for example to a unavailable received file or to an EBICS user not recognized by your partner, the Communication menu enables you to retry.
In this dropdown menu, click Relaunch failed attempts to access the function.
In the Receiving and Sending tabs, you can see the reason for failure. You can also view and save their trace file: click the corresponding document icon in the Traces column, then the Collect Trace link that appears.
You can relaunch the selected communications using the Relaunch button.
You can relaunch a whole receiving campaign by selecting Relaunch Campaign from the Actions dropdown list.
Important
Receiving campaigns may contain several communication contracts and using the Relaunch Campaign button means relaunching all the communication contracts contained within.
