Managing profiles

From the Users menu, select the Profiles sub-menu.

Profiles list the Privileges and Access rights granted to Sage XRT Business Exchange users.

To view the details of a profile or to modify it, click the corresponding link in the Profile column.

In the Privileges tab, the green icon (opened padlock) means that the specified profile is authorized.

The red icon (closed padlock) means that the specified profile is not authorized.

To modify privileges or access rights, click the padlock icon.

In the Operators tab, you can specify the financial operators associated with this profile.
