Users
The Users menu from System Administration enables you to create and edit users without using the Sage XRT Common Services interface.
Users cannot be deleted from this menu, to prevent Sage XRT Business Exchange administrators from accidentally removing users from Sage XRT Advanced or Sage XRT Treasury platforms.
To delete users, you must log in to the Sage XRT Common Services interface.
To edit a user, click its description in the corresponding column, or select the check box next to the user then click Change in the Actions drop-down menu.
The Profiles & Sites tab allows you to specify the user profiles.
Important
When one of the profiles to which the user is linked grants a right, the user benefit from that right even if the right is not granted by its other linked profiles.
