SCS profiles

The SCS Profiles menu lists the profiles from Sage XRT Common Services that are available to be linked to users.

To edit a profile, click its description in the corresponding column, or select the check box next to the profile then click Change in the Actions drop-down menu.

Users

The Users tab enables you to attach users to a profile.

Access rights to functions

The Access rights to functions tab allows you to set the profile permissions, in the same way as in Sage XRT Common Services.

Access rights to data

Use this tab to set the profile access rights by folders, or by entities within folders.

If a folder is marked as unauthorized, all data (contracts, bank accounts, etc.) related to the folder entities are made unavailable to users linked to the profile.

If an entity is marked as unauthorized, all data (contracts, bank accounts, etc.) related to that entity are made unavailable to users linked to the profile.
