Filters
Filters are pre-saved selection screens that you can customize.
They are not mandatory: if there is no filter for a function, the list contains all possible elements (depending on your rights for the transaction types).
From the Setup menu, open the Filters tab to display the Filters List, then click Add Filter.
In the Identification section, enter a name and select the filter type: Mandates or ICS.
According to the type, the Filter Definition section displays the available elements to create your selection criteria.
There are two types of multiple criteria:
- Links
- Mandates Group(s)
- ICS
- Debtor(s)
- Creditor
When you activate and click a criterion, you can select one or more elements from the window that automatically opens up. Once you made your choice, click Save and close the window to save your edition in the filter.
- Multiple-choice Lists
- Status
- Country
When you activate one of these criteria, a list is displayed. Hold the Ctrl key down while clicking on the various elements to select.
In the Application section, enable the Default Filter option to automatically apply the filter for all your operations in the corresponding function.
You can also define here the filter access criteria:
- Only by the user who created it
