ICS

To perform SEPA Direct Debits, Creditors must possess a SEPA Creditor Identifier (ICS) which ensures their unique identification. ICS is one of the mandatory elements for the mandates signed by debtors.

In France, the Banque de France provides this identifier.

It consists of the following elements:

• ISO Country Code (2)
• Check Key (2)
• Activity Code (3)
• Bank Identifier

In the Mandate Factory module, open the ICS tab from the Setup menu to display the available ICS list.
