Importing Services
For the Mandate Factory operation, two services must be imported:
- ADMTFR (Administration module of Sage XRT Online Banking site)
- MANDATFR (Mandate Factory module of Sage XRT Online Banking site)
And optionally:
- PAYEFR (Payments module of Sage XRT Online Banking site)
Creating File and Transaction Services
The File and Transaction services are automatically created when the package is imported.
After right-clicking Service Package, click Import and select the file corresponding to the module to use (for instance C:\Program Files\XRT\XRT Business Exchange\Scripts\Vfs\ administration.pck for Administration module).
Customizing Menus
The names of the menus can be customized for each module.
- From the tree-view, select the function for which you want to change the menu name.
- Open the contextual menu with a right click, and select Properties.
- In the Format tab of the new Properties window, edit the Long Text field and click Save.

Descriptions are not refreshed instantly. You must restart the Transaction Service.
Defining Access Rights to Functions
The table below shows the minimum level of rights required to access the main functions of payment management.

This minimum level can be modified:
- From the tree-view, select the function for which you want to change the right level.
- Open the contextual menu with a right click and select Properties.
- In the Privileges tab of the Properties window, modify the right level by activating/deactivating the options as needed, then click Save.

Right Levels are not refreshed instantly. You must restart the Transaction Service.
Enabling Scheduled Tasks
The scheduled tasks available in the Administration module can be used to send alerts.
The scheduled tasks in the Mandate Factory module can be used to create PDF files for the imported mandates.
All these tasks are disabled by default. When enabled, these tasks can be triggered by a schedule to be defined in line with your requirements.
