Notification of Setup Inconsistencies

  1. In Administration, select the Notifications and alerts menu and open the Setup Alerts tab to display the Alerts List.

  2. Click the Add Alert button to define notifications to be sent when a potential setup inconsistency is spotted in the Anti-Fraud controls application or user roles.

  3. Enter a name for your alert in the Description field.

  4. Set up the sections described below and click Save.

Alerts on Anti-Fraud Controls application

This option enables you to notify users of this situation: the application of blocking rules on a contract has been requested before communication, although the contract is part of the signature contracts.

You must select at least one Recipients group.

The link More options enables you to edit the default subject and body text for the message.

Alerts on User Roles

This option enables you to notify users of this situation: one of the Signature operators is also an operator of Anti-Fraud.
