Departitioning Management

The management method where the files of one entity are managed by another entity is called departitioning management. If you want to use and set up this kind of management, you need to create an entity group within Anti-Fraud, and define reference lists.

Entity Group

Select the Procedure menu and open the Entity Group tab to create a group. You need Administration Rights to perform this action.

The current entity is automatically considered as the Group's Main Entity. The available entities displayed can be selected to complete the group.

To select all the entities, click All and Save.

To deselect all the entities, click None and Save.

To select part of the entities, activate the ones you want to include in the group and click Save.

To remove an entity from the group, these conditions must be met:

  • No file is being processed in Anti-Fraud module.

  • The reference lists used to control the files of the entity to remove must be its own lists.

  • The access rights of the main entry to the contracts of the entity to remove must be withdrawn.

Info

If you depend on an entity which is already part of a group and that you try to access this function, a message reminds you that your entity is already part of a group.

Reference Lists

When each entity of a group uses lists, the Reference Lists must then be defined to perform the file controls.
