Cleaning up and Stamping Blocked Files
- Open the Debits by Transfers tab in the Errors menu to display the List of files checked before signature.
- When you are authorized, you need to propose a file cleanup by keeping (green) or removing (red) each element with error.
- Before any submission, click Save to keep your proposal.
The file status turns to Blocked - Cleanup in progress. The operator who initiates the cleanup is the only one who can complete it.
- When you completed the cleanup, click the Propose button.
The file status turns to Blocked - Proposed cleanup.
- Then choose from the following options:
- To accept the proposal, click the Stamp button: the file status turns to Blocked – Stamped Cleanup. This file can be stamped again to be unblocked.
- To reject the proposal, click the Return button: the file status turns to Blocked – Returned Cleanup. Someone must modify the cleanup proposal and submit it to further approval.

The stamper can Stamp (dedicated button) if they agree with the proposal.
The statuses change:

The file status turns to Stamped.

The cleanup status turns to Stamped.
The stamper can click Return if they disagree with the proposal: the stats file turns to Blocked by […], Returned Cleanup.
Someone else needs to modify the proposal and submit it to further control, and so on until the file status turns to Stamped.

Stamper #1 clicks the Stamp button: the file status turns to Blocked by […], Stamped Cleanup.
If Stamper #2 clicks Stamp, the statuses change:

The file status turns to Stamped.

The cleanup status turns to Stamped.
If Stamper #2 clicks the Return button: the file status turns to Blocked by […], Returned Cleanup.
Someone else needs to modify the proposal and submit it to further control, and so on until the file status turns to Stamped.
Important
When the option Merge Cleanup and Get first stamp actions has been selected during the Setup of Blocking Rules, the setup screen for the cleanup proposal does not display the Propose button and directly displays the Stamp one. When you click Stamp, the status for the file and the cleanup turns to Stamped.
