Unblocking Process and Automatic Relaunch
When files are stamped (once or twice depending on the rule linked to the contract), they can be unblocked to relaunch their transfers.
Important
A user cannot operate on a same file twice in a row: the user who stamped it (rank 1 and 2) cannot unblock it.
The comment is mandatory.
To unblock files, select them from the list of Files with errors, and click Unblock.
The file statuses turn to Unblocked and the file transfers are automatically relaunched.
