Creating Alerts
Alerts allow notifying one or more recipients of relevant events, such as the progress of the transaction processing cycle, according to selected criteria.
The set up alerts can be viewed and set up in Administration.
- Select the Notifications and alerts menu and open the Anti-Fraud Alerts tab to display the Alert List.
- Click Add Alert.
- Enter a name for the alert in the Description field, then select Credits from the Type dropdown list.
- In the Alerts on Statements with errors section, select the option: Same Credit Account used with more than [...] blockings, and specify the number of blockings.
- Select at least one Recipients Group, and click Save.
