Defining Signature Rules
To to create,or modify the Signature Rules of files, go to the Setup dropdown menu of Functional Administration module and select Bank Contracts.
In the Signature Rules List, select the contract and click the corresponding number (hyperlink) in the Internal Signature or Actual Signature column. A new page appears with all the characteristics of the bank contract.
In the Internal Signature or Actual Signature column, the Advanced Setup button located to the right of the signatory lists, enables you to specify:

the maximum amount above which signatories cannot sign the file anymore

and whether a signatory can sign alone and up to which amount
Important
When a contract is created for a company, the authorized signatories for this company beforehand, are automatically authorized for this new contract.
