Managing Entities

To create, suspend or delete an entity, go to the Setup dropdown menu of Functional Administration module and select Entities.

You can create entities with different types: Holding, Subsidiary or Company (or only Subsidiary if you do not belong to the SaaS group) by clicking the Add Entity option and completing the creation form.

The entities you create are activated by default, but you can suspend them by clicking Suspend Selection.

Entities can be deleted from the Entity List: click the link to access the details of the entity and the Delete button.
