Edition Right

To authorize or restrict the edition of files to signatories, go to the Setup dropdown menu of Functional Administration module and select Bank Contracts.

In the Signature Rules List, select the contract and click the corresponding number (hyperlink) in the Internal Signature or Actual Signature. A new page appears with all the characteristics of the bank contract.

In the Contract permissions section, select an option from the File Edition dropdown list: Everyone, None, or Select...

The last choice opens the section for signatories selection: remove users from the Authorized Signatories and add them to the Unauthorized Signatories and vice versa using the Add-Delete buttons (chevrons).
